Members who are unable to visit the library due to a temporary or permanent disability or illness may request items to be delivered by library staff. For more information call 847.459.4100, ext. 3.

Low Vision and Vision Impairment

The Talking Book and Braille Services (TBBS) serves as the regional distribution site for the materials produced by the Library of Congress. Popular books and magazines that have been reproduced in braille or audio formats may be ordered free-of-charge by persons who qualify for the service.
